Effective Date: April 13, 2026 · Last Updated: April 13, 2026
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Inferlume platform, reports, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Inferlume website, subscribing to any plan, receiving reports via email, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Inferlume ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors, Founder Access participants, free trial users, and paying subscribers. Your continued use of the Services following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Services
Inferlume is a Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) platform that aggregates, enriches, and delivers structured intelligence reports to security professionals, executives, and teams. The Services currently include:
Nightwatch - Weekly CTI Roundup: A consolidated weekly intelligence digest delivered every Sunday. Available to all tiers (RADAR, FLASH, RECON).
Ad-hoc Urgent Reports: Time-critical, single-incident intelligence dispatches sent immediately when a significant threat is detected. Available to FLASH and RECON subscribers.
Daily CTI Reports: A consolidated daily intelligence brief published Monday through Friday. Available to RECON subscribers only.
All reports are published for informational and situational awareness purposes. They constitute threat intelligence commentary and research synthesis - not professional cybersecurity consulting, legal advice, or incident response services.
3. Subscription Tiers & Access
Tier | Products Included |
|---|---|
RADAR | Nightwatch Weekly Roundup |
FLASH | Nightwatch + Ad-hoc Urgent Reports |
RECON | Nightwatch + Ad-hoc Urgent Reports + Daily CTI Reports |
Founder Access Period: During the Founder Access phase (Months 0–6), all three tiers are available at no cost with no credit card required. Access is delivered exclusively via email links.
Free Trial (post-Founder Access): After Founder Access concludes, a 14–30 day free trial is offered before the first charge. No automatic billing without your explicit opt-in. No dark patterns.
Report Access: Report pages use non-guessable, subscriber-only links distributed via email. Sharing report links outside your authorized subscriber group is a violation of these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose under applicable law
Reproduce, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any report or content without prior written permission
Share subscriber-only report links with non-subscribers or publish report content on public platforms
Attempt to disrupt, disable, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its infrastructure (including MailerLite, Outseta, Framer, and Stripe)
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from the platform without written authorization
Misrepresent your identity or provide false information when subscribing
5. Intelligence Content — Disclaimer & Limitations
Reports are synthesized from publicly available and open-source information. By using the Services, you acknowledge:
Inferlume reports are for informational and situational awareness purposes only — not professional cybersecurity advice, incident response guidance, or regulated professional services
Inferlume does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any report. Threat intelligence is inherently probabilistic and time-sensitive
Decisions made based on Inferlume reports are made at your sole discretion and responsibility
Where reports reference third-party sources (CISA, Microsoft, Mandiant, Cisco Talos, etc.), the accuracy of those underlying materials is the responsibility of those publishers
6. Accounts & Subscriber Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials or access links, and all activity that occurs under your account. Each subscription is issued to a single named individual and is non-transferable. Team and multi-seat access will be addressed under the future Enterprise tier.
7. Subscriptions, Billing & Payment
All subscriptions are billed annually via Stripe through Outseta. Current pricing:
Plan | USD / year | INR / year |
|---|---|---|
RADAR | $99 | ₹4,999 |
FLASH | $299 | ₹14,999 |
RECON | $499 | ₹24,999 |
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You will receive advance notice before any renewal charge. No automatic billing without your opt-in. Plan upgrades (RADAR → FLASH → RECON) are available at any time through Outseta.
8. Refund Policy
All sales are final by default due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of intelligence reports. No refunds are issued once a subscription period has commenced and reports have been delivered or made accessible. If a verifiable technical failure prevented you from accessing entitled reports, contact support — Inferlume will review individually and may offer a credit, extension, or partial refund at its sole discretion. Cancellation of an active annual subscription stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the remainder of the current billing period.
9. Intellectual Property
All reports, analysis, designs, templates, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Inferlume or its licensed content sources. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read reports for your own internal professional use during your active subscription.
You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute Inferlume content without prior written permission. IOC data, detection rules, and YARA/SIGMA content may be used internally for defensive cybersecurity purposes but may not be redistributed or included in commercial products without written permission. Inferlume, Nightwatch, RADAR, FLASH, and RECON are trademarks of Inferlume.
10. Privacy & Data
Inferlume collects only the minimum data necessary to operate the Services. Subscriber data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. A full Privacy Policy will be published separately and incorporated by reference.
11. Third-Party Services
Inferlume relies on MailerLite (email delivery), Outseta (subscription management), Stripe (payments), and Framer (publishing). Your use of these services is subject to each provider's own terms. Inferlume is not responsible for disruptions caused by these providers but will make reasonable efforts to communicate and resolve them.
12. Service Availability & Modifications
Inferlume makes reasonable efforts to publish reports on schedule but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery. Pricing adjustments for future billing periods will be communicated with at least 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inferlume is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity; any cybersecurity incident suffered by you or your organization; or service interruptions caused by third-party providers or force majeure. Inferlume's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
14. Termination & Suspension
Inferlume may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, legal or security risk, or payment failure. In the event of full platform discontinuation, prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of active annual subscriptions. You may cancel at any time through Outseta; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
15. Modifications to These Terms
Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be addressed through 30 days of good-faith discussion. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
